They then mix your creation of ice creams and mix-ins on a marble slab that is frozen to 16 degrees Fahrenheit. Your custom made ice cream will then be served to you in a fresh made waffle cone or in a cup. 

Cowabunga also makes fresh Ice Cream Pies and Cakes.  Choose from their pre-made products or create your own favorite combination.  Choose from their 9 inch pies and cakes (serves 6-8), ¼ sheet cakes (serves 20-24), and ½ sheet cakes (serves 50).

For coffee lovers, Cowabunga also serves fresh coffee and espresso drinks, blended coffee drinks, Cappuccinos, Lattes and their special Big Train Ice Rage blended coffees in a variety of flavors.
